Turquoise Panda Colour: 100 coins, can be purchased in the clothing catalog if you don't have it already.
Fay Hair: This was an advent gift last year. It comes with the blue eye make-up also seen in the image above. I assume it was also available in 2009 due to its glitchy name: XMAS09_FAY_HAIR_PREMIUM
Magic Ice Suit: Obtainable once the quest 'The Magic Diamond' is completed.
Optional: Fay Magic Wand, also an advent gift last year.
Optional: Any winter background, such as 'Winter Night'. Please note you cannot purchase the background pictured, I think it was available during last year's christmas celebrations.
